Senior Associate

Jason S. Kahan joined EIF in 2007 and is responsible for originating, analyzing, structuring, and closing new fund investments, as well as ongoing portfolio company management.  Mr. Kahan has eight years of relevant industry experience.

Prior to joining EIF, Mr. Kahan was an analyst in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Global Power Group, where he worked on numerous strategic and financial transactions in the power and utility sectors.  Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Kahan worked at SG Barr Devlin, a boutique investment bank specializing in power and utility M&A transactions.  Mr. Kahan graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.
